Elizabeth founded FAIR Private Capital Partners in 2020 as a collaborative advisor network to support entrepreneurial private equity, credit, secondaries and venture capital fund managers with their fundraising and investor relations objectives.

Prior to setting up FAIR, Elizabeth held roles in the UK and Switzerland as Head of Investor Relations for a Growth fund manager and Head of Business Development for a Healthtech start-up. She also trained as an Associate at Rede Partners, now a leading global placement agency.

Elizabeth read Economics at West Virginia University, including a one-year programme at the Universität Zürich.

FAIR was set up to be a people-first organisation, irrespective of employment or contractor status. We recognise that many people want to be the CEO of their own careers, and value the expertise that contractors can offer outside of exclusivity.

We are proud to work with several contractors on an ongoing basis on areas such as introductions, documentation, project management and investor relations support.
